Vão basicamente tirar a cadeira cativa da Merylo Streep e colocar uma negra no lugar, e ator/atriz coadjuvante pode marcar que agora toda ano vai ter algum non-white. Mas só, não adianta forçar prêmio pra negros se não existem negros fazendo coisas de destaque. A culpa, como disse o Chris Rock, não é da Academia, mas sim da "Hollywood progressista", eles são muito bons em defender minorias em entrevistas e redes sociais, mas contratá-los de fato é outra história. Eu mesmo sinto isso na pele, eu sou pardo e nesse mundo do audiosivisual brasileiro eu dificilmente pegava alguma vaga sem ter conhecido na empresa, já nas produções da vida o que tem de menininha linda, branca e gostosa não tá no papel por alguma razão misteriosa. Verdade seja dita, apesar de tudo, a Mix TV, nesse sentido, era bem plural, único lugar de audiovisual que tinha bastante negro, pardo e asiático fazendo funções além de cameraman, técnico de som e etc. "Subversão, na terminologia soviética, significa sempre uma atividade distratora e agressiva, visando destruir o país, nação ou área geográfica do seu inimigo. Esta atividade é aberta, legítima e facilmente observável se você se der ao tempo e trabalho de observa-la."

O pdf que tá no site oficial da academia coloca esta categoria naquela regra de votantes (só pode votar nela quem é técnico da área com registro no sindicato ou quem recebeu indicações por trabalhos anteriores)
